1. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes a spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. Entries open Monday 4th May 2020 and close at 11:59pm Sunday 10th May AEST. This is stated as the Promotion Period.
4. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
• Locate the competition post hosted on the Headstart Toys Facebook page.
• The entrant should comment and tell us in 25 words or less, how they recycle at home and why recycling is important to them
5. The promotion period is valid to receive entries bet ween Monday 4th May and 11:59pm Sunday 10th May 2020 AEST. There will be 3 winners.
6. Valid entries will be judged on relevance and creativity. The winners will be chosen and announced on Monday 11th May.
7. Headstart Int Pty Ltd will comment on the winning entries to notify the winners. It is the responsibility of the winner to check back on the post to determine if they are the winner, and to send a private message containing their contact details and delivery address of the recipient within 24hrs of the Promoter’s post which announces the winners.
8. If for any reason a winner does not contact the Promoter to provide their details within the time stated above, then the prize or that part of the prize will be forfeited, and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that prize or part of that prize.
9. In the case of any unclaimed prizes, the Promoter may choose to judge additional entries on Tuesday 12th May, allowing the last winners 1 business days to claim their prize.
10. The winner will win the following prize(s):
- 1 x Resoftable plush toy of their choice
11. The Promoter retains the right to substitute or change any prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a prize is unavailable).
12. The prize, or any unused part of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash
