About these Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” mean Headstart International Pty Ltd, ABN 82 109 429 503 of 15 Stamford Road, Oakleigh 3166 and “you” and “your” means you the customer.
These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email prior to the event.
Warranty and Returns
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.
We will offer a replacement for a faulty product if the item was purchased less than 1 year ago as it is covered by the 1 year warranty.
In order to claim your warranty, Proof of Purchase is required (receipt).
If Proof of Purchase is not provided we cannot give you an exchange.
In some instances it may not be feasible to have the product returned. In these instances, Headstart International reserves the right to request images of the faulty product to be emailed to email@example.com
